How it works
- Dates and guests. Choose them here and go to Floriarte’s official booking engine (HQBeds) with the search already done.
- Pick your room. The engine shows what’s available and the total price. Private rooms are priced per room; shared rooms per bed.
- Pay online. 100% paid when booking, by credit card, Pix or bank transfer.
The engine opens outside this site, in the provider’s secure environment. You can switch its language with the flag at the top.
Times
Check-in from 2 pm. Check-out by 12 pm.
Payment
Online: 100% upfront (card, Pix or transfer). Directly with the team: 50% non-refundable deposit by Pix or bank transfer.
Cancellation
Free within 7 days from the booking date, before check-in. After that, non-refundable.

How do I book?
Choose your dates with the Book button: you’ll go to the official booking engine (HQBeds), see live availability and prices, and pay online. Prefer to talk? Message us on WhatsApp.
How does payment work?
Bookings made on the website are paid 100% online by credit card, Pix or bank transfer. Bookings arranged directly with the team are secured with a 50% non-refundable deposit by Pix or bank transfer (not by card).
Can I cancel?
Yes: you can cancel free of charge within 7 days from the day you booked, as long as it's before check-in. After that, the booking is non-refundable.
Why do prices change?
Rates vary a lot between low and high season and with availability, so we don’t publish a fixed price list: the right price appears once you enter your dates.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, in private rooms. Not in shared rooms.
Can children stay?
In private rooms, yes; babies up to 5 can share the bed with their parents. For safety, under-18s do not stay in shared rooms.
