Booking terms
We’ve written this as clearly as we can. If anything is unclear, ask before booking.

Times
- Check-in: from 2 pm.
- Check-out: by 12 pm.
Rates
- Rates vary by date, season and availability. The price shown in the booking engine (or quoted by the team) for your dates applies.
- Private rooms are priced per room; shared rooms per bed.
Payment
- Bookings made on the website (online booking engine): 100% paid at the time of booking, by credit card, Pix or bank transfer.
- Bookings arranged directly with the team (WhatsApp, email or phone): secured with a 50% deposit of the total, paid by Pix or bank transfer (we don’t accept cards for the deposit). The deposit is non-refundable once the withdrawal period below has passed.
- Breakfast is an optional extra, added when booking or at check-in. Partner services (laundry, tours, transfers) and drinks at Capibar are paid separately.
Right of withdrawal (7 days)
Bookings made away from the premises — on the website, WhatsApp, phone or email — can be cancelled free of charge within 7 calendar days from the day the booking was made, provided it is before the check-in date, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Amounts paid are refunded in full.
Changes and cancellations after 7 days
- After the 7 days, the booking is non-refundable.
- Date changes must be requested at least 30 days before check-in and are subject to availability.
- Less than 30 days before check-in, the full booking amount is charged, whether or not you stay.
- Documented force majeure situations are reviewed for rescheduling.
Bookings on other platforms
Bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb, Hostelworld or agencies follow the terms of the platform used.
Pets
Allowed in private rooms only. Let us know when booking.
Children and minors
- For safety, under-18s do not stay in shared rooms.
- In private rooms, babies up to 5 can share the bed with their parents.
Shared rooms
- The Capsule Suite is mixed; the Dormitório Feminino is women-only.
- Each guest has their own bed and locker.
What’s included
- Bed linen included. Towels are not included.
- Free on-site parking, subject to advance reservation and availability.
- Optional breakfast, paid separately, 8–10 am.
Guest registration
Like every lodging in Brazil, Floriarte must record guest details in the national guest register (FNRH) at check-in. Please bring a photo ID or passport.
